“A Year of Better Nights” Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The “A Year of Better Nights” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Pause Botanica Inc., 20 Bay St., 11th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2R8, Canada (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion begins July 20, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends August 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Enter by submitting your first name and email address in the entry form at pausemenopause.co/giveaway (English) or pausemenopause.co/es/giveaway (Spanish). One (1) base entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Entry is free; no purchase or payment is necessary.
Bonus entries:
- Five (5) bonus entries for each friend who enters through your unique referral link during the Promotion Period.
- One (1) bonus entry for sharing your referral link via the share buttons on the post-entry page (counted on click-to-share; Sponsor does not verify posts).
- Bonus entries are capped at fifty (50) per person. Automated, scripted, duplicate, or fraudulent entries (including self-referrals or entries generated by fake email accounts) will be disqualified.
Entering the Promotion constitutes consent to receive marketing emails from Pause Daily; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting entries already received.
5. Prizes and approximate retail value (ARV)
- One (1) Grand Prize: twelve (12) bottles of Pause Daily and one (1) Luma diffuser. ARV: $399.86.
- Ten (10) First Prizes: one (1) Pause Daily 3-pack plus one (1) Luma diffuser. ARV: $94.98 each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,349.66. Limit one (1) prize per person / household. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
6. Odds of winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries (including bonus entries) received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the close of the Promotion Period (the week of August 3, 2026). The drawing is performed by a seeded random-selection script; Sponsor retains the drawing record. Winners will be notified at the email address used to enter. A potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited); otherwise the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn. Prizes ship only to addresses within the 50 United States and D.C.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name and state in Promotion-related email and on the Promotion page, without further compensation. Sponsor will request permission before any announcement and will never publish full names.
9. Limitation of liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, except where such release is prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries or emails; technical failures of any kind; or any injury or damage arising from participation. This Promotion is a sweepstakes of chance; nothing in these rules creates any entitlement beyond the stated prizes.
10. Meta release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (including Facebook and Instagram). Each entrant releases Meta from all responsibility related to this Promotion. Any information provided is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.
11. Privacy
Information collected through the Promotion is used as described in Sponsor's privacy policy and to administer the Promotion and send the emails described in Section 4. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
12. Winners list
For a list of winners (first name and state), email support@pausemenopause.co with the subject “Winners List — A Year of Better Nights” within sixty (60) days after the drawing.
13. Governing law; English version governs
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. These Official Rules are published in English with a Spanish summary provided for convenience; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version governs.
